CBT Therapy Virtually in Ohio

What is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)?

CBT is a type of talk therapy that helps you become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way.  Evidence has shown that CBT can help numerous conditions, such as major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and many others. CBT is generally considered short-term therapy — ranging from about five to 20 sessions.
